A fun, high-energy dance fitness class designed to improve cardio, coordination, movement, and confidence while creating an exciting community atmosphere.
Jazz Dance
Old school jazz technique, including warm up, corner work, a different routine each class, jazz cool down. Focusing on cabaret jazz, lyrical jazz and basic foundations.
Ballet
Ballet technique from the very beginning. Focusing on balance for core strength. Barre work, Center work. Working every single muscle in your body. Grace, posture and strength.
Line Dance
A social and beginner-friendly dance class focused on rhythm, movement, coordination, and having fun while staying active. Learn a new fun country routine each week and practice previous routines. Bring cowboy boots!
Fit Jam
A dance-inspired fitness class that combines cardio, music, movement, and full-body exercise into an energetic and motivating workout.
Zumba
